Have you ever went to a shopping complex and dying to walk
in a store that you know The clothes they are selling are not going to fit you…and
the feeling of people looking at you as they feel it’s a waste of time as you
are not going to find your size there…
Hide your food
Have you ever went to a fast food restaurant or a normal
mamak shop and you wanted to eat 2 set of burger but you feel that people are
looking at you and talk bad about your body shape..so instead you take away
that set of burger home…

Have you ever have the feeling of shame when you wanted to
walk in front of a group of guys and feel that they are not going to wink or
even notice you…
Hide from social interaction
Have you ever prevent yourself from social gathering as you
do not have party clothes that fits you…and have you avoid any coupling
party as you are single..and think that you will forever be single because of
your look
Hide from the truth
Are you hiding from yourself…Have you ever secretly store
junk food in the room so that people do not know that you eating too much and
have your ever wish to be someone else
As for me, I have experience all of this symptom and always
feel pity about myself…today I am no longer feeling that way…I have given up to
hide from the truth and be proud of myself..because we are a unique person that
has the special spot under the sun…we are who we are J
